Marketing Specialist
Role and Responsibilities
Next Impact, a full-service insurance and marketing consultancy firm, is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team!
This person will leverage data, insights and consumer trends to develop engaging branded content through all digital channels while managing our clients’ marketing programs. Candidate should have several years of relevant work experience, with a high degree of professionalism. A marketing background with graphic design experience is desired.
· In partnership with the Marketing Director, develop and execute the strategy for marketing campaigns built to support and grow the business of our clients
· Own the calendar for the marketing campaigns and partner with the marketing team to collaborate on campaign development to deliver an omni-channel experience
· Rigorously set up clients’ segmented email campaigns linked to the CRM database
· Ensure all marketing plans are organized for communication to clients including calendars, executive summaries and program performance
· Post social media content in native platforms as needed and within social media management software
· Perform email and social media reporting and analytics making optimization recommendations for future campaigns
· Collaborate with internal teams to create and update website landing pages and optimize user experience
· Create and recommend new digital and social media strategies that align with our clients’ marketing strategies and provide a competitive advantage in the marketplace
· Design, build and maintain the Next Impact social media presence
· Support other marketing projects as needed

Qualification & Education Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field required
· 2+ years agency or brand experience
· Experience in writing/editing/publishing web specific content including email, social, display, website, video, etc.
· Experience researching industry trends to identify areas of opportunity
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing email campaigns tied to a CRM platform
· Demonstrable experience managing social media and other digital marketing campaigns
· Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
· Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
· Solid knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture, Webtrends)
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript developments and constraints
· Preferable for candidate to have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects)

· Pay is commensurate based on experience and results
· 10-20% Travel may be required
